This is an example of a football player pathway that has been run previously and involved The Scottish FA and Hibernian FC Community Foundation. Under the banner of Team United.
In each of the components, the clubs participating work in partnership to offer a range of activities and opportunities for young people, using their sport as a motivator. A key component of this pathway is monthly social club component that offered young people support and opportunities to meet team mates, have fun and make friends outside the weekly training sessions. Fostering good team work.
